Our Story
Established in 1992, Structured Builders LLC is the most recent addition to a generation-spanning line of construction professionals. We represent four proud generations of construction professionals in Texas, beginning with Sal Lerma Sr. in Sugarland, Texas in 1922.
Lorenzo Lerma Sr. founded Structured Builders on the timeless ideology of "doing the right thing". With his knowledge of the industry and love for his craft, Lorenzo quickly became a well-trusted and highly sought-after contractor.
Structured Builders, after several decades, is more dedicated than ever to providing our clients with the best customer service in the industry. Our procedures and policies are constantly evolving in order to be the best construction company we can be.
